1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all contractual relations between Axe3 Sàrl (hereinafter "the Supplier") and its customers (hereinafter "the Customer"). By using the Vetiseo.ch platform, the Customer unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Vetiseo.ch is an online tool (Software as a Service - SaaS) for businesses, enabling them to carry out impact analyses and measure improvements, particularly in the areas of the environment and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

The services are provided exclusively over the Internet and are accessible via a secure area.

3. Access and registration

Access to the service requires prior registration. The Customer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided at the time of registration and undertakes to update it if necessary.

4. Prices and terms of payment

The Supplier offers an annual subscription plan and may offer other plans, specified in writing, which may or may not include additional services.

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding VAT.

Payment is due in advance for each billing period. Payment is made on invoice by bank transfer or by any other means offered on the platform, within 30 days.

A free test account can be opened on request for a period of 1 month or for any other period specified in writing.

5. Duration and termination

The contract takes effect as soon as the Supplier confirms the order.

Subscriptions are valid for 1 year from the date of definitive conclusion. They are automatically renewed each year on their expiry date and can be cancelled at the latest 30 days before the end of the period.

Cancellation must be made in writing using the contact form on vetiseo.ch or by email to contact@vetiseo.ch.

6. Obligations of the Customer

8. Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". The Supplier makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted access to the service, without however guaranteeing the total absence of interruptions or errors.

The Supplier's liability is limited to direct and proven damage caused by gross negligence. Any liability for material or immaterial, indirect or consequential damage resulting from access, use of the information published, misuse of the connection or technical problems is excluded.

The author assumes no liability for the correctness, accuracy or completeness of the information provided. The information published and links to other websites or documents have been created on the basis of knowledge and experience.

9. Personal data and confidentiality

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA).

For more information, see our privacy policy.

10. Modification of the GTCS

The Supplier reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The Customer will be informed by email or via the platform in the event of any substantial modification. Continued use of the service and renewal of the subscription constitutes acceptance of the new GTC.

In the event of a dispute, the general terms and conditions in force at the time of the last subscription renewal will apply.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction shall be the Supplier's registered office, unless otherwise stipulated.
